ALI SIMPSON

Ali Simpson brings a background in campaigns and communications, having worked as an organizer and field director in presidential primaries and statewide ballot initiatives. Ali served as a policy consultant for a Los Angeles-based consulting firm, and worked on health care reform research and communications for the Black Sash, a human rights group in Cape Town, South Africa.

MELISSA ROY

Melissa Roy has spent more than 15 years working in a variety of leadership positions with advocacy, political and philanthropic efforts. Most recently, Melissa was a top advisor to the Climate Action Campaign, a coalition that works to mobilize organizations & individuals in support of strong climate action. In addition, she has served in leadership positions with Share Our Strength’s No Kid Hungry Campaign, The Atlas Project, and has worked on a number of political campaigns at the state and national levels. Melissa serves on the Board of Directors for The Mitchell Institute, an organization that provides college scholarships and mentoring to students in her home state of Maine.

HEATHER STONE

Heather Stone brings to Corridor Partners twenty years of electoral work, advocacy campaigns, and philanthropic experience. Heather has held senior leadership roles with Hillary for America (chief of staff to the campaign manager), Service Employees International Union (deputy political director), Democratic Congressional Campaign Committee Independent Expenditure (deputy director), America Votes (deputy executive director), and the Turner Foundation (program officer). Most recently, Heather served as Vice President for Global Programs at the Mastercard Center for Inclusive Growth.

KATHLEEN WELCH

Kathleen Welch brings decades of advocacy, campaigns, and philanthropic experience, holding leadership positions in state and national groups, the Legal Services Corporation, and as executive director of Equal Justice Works. Kathleen served in senior roles at The Pew Charitable Trusts, including as deputy director of the Environment Group. As a philanthropic advisor, Kathleen has engaged with a range of domestic and international donors. Kathleen currently serves on the boards of St. Lawrence University, the League of Conservation Voters, the Climate and Clean Energy Equity Fund, and is the board chair at the Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC).

BILL ROBERTS

Bill Roberts has over 30 years of experience in politics, advocacy, and philanthropy. Bill has held leadership positions at Atlantic Philanthropies (director of U.S. advocacy) and the Beldon Fund (president). In advocacy and policy, Bill held senior positions on the U.S. House Energy and Commerce Committee and at the Environmental Defense Fund. Bill also has a range of political experience, including service as board chair of the League of Conservation Voters from 1999 to 2011.
